Upturn Arts have served Central City and the greater New Orleans since 2010, founded on the belief that everyone should have access to arts to grow and enrich their lives by following its vision of “Arts for All.”

For many young artists in New Orleans, these questions are unfathomable because of the lack of resources and access. Upturn Arts wants to change this by making art accessible to all, regardless of income level, talent, or experience.
