Summer 2022 Camps

By enrolling your child in Upturn Arts camp, you give them the opportunity to explore all the elements and principles it takes to be an ART-adVenturer. Sessions will focus on the categories People, Places, and Things. During camp, your young artists will be exposed to dynamic risk-takers, ground-breaking environments, and mind-blowing innovations across the creative disciplines of dance, visual art, music, and theater. Small krewes will take classes each morning and enjoy full group workshops in the afternoons, featuring a host of our favorite guest and resident teaching artists. Additionally, we will take a field trip each Friday that aligns with the weekly themes. By learning about these People, Places, and Things, your ART-adVenturer(s) will better appreciate what it takes to become well-rounded young artists in tune with their own aesthetic processes. With focus and creative vulnerability, our young artists will find out that success is only an “Upturn” away!

AFTERCARE: $15/day until 5:00 pm
