Anissa is a New Orleans native and recent graduate from Louisiana State University. In Baton Rouge she studied conservation and interpersonal communication. As a science communicator, Anissa loves to share her favorite hobby, birding. Birding is a grounding, inclusive, and enriching activity that can inspire young artists of any age.
