Are you interested in working with children, getting involved with the performing and visual arts, and learning valuable leadership skills? The Upturn Arts’ Teen Leadership Program for the 2023-2024 school year is a monthly series of fun and interactive arts programming, leadership training, and peer socializing for teens ages 13-17.
THEME: Learning to Lead
WHEN: First Fridays every month from Sep 1 – May 3 (except Feb) | 5:00 – 8:00 pm
AGE GROUPS: 13-17
DESCRIPTION: The Teen Nights sessions are held on the first Friday night of every month from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at our Euterpe location. They will feature two hours of creative collaboration and one hour of basic training for our Teen Internship Program, allowing you to work at our youth art camps as paid staff support.
The Teen Leadership Program is a great opportunity to learn new art skills in a supportive and creative environment, meet other ambitious and self-motivated teens, and gain invaluable leadership skills working with young artists to bolster their artistic, social, and cognitive development.
Teen Nights Schedule*
The Teen Nights are on the following first Fridays of the month from 5:00 – 8:00 pm.

*Any teen interested in being an intern for 2024 summer camps must attend at least five (5) Teen Nights to be eligible.
